Review: Dubai’s new retro themed ‘Peaches & Cream’ Beach Club

Nothing beats the sound of waves crashing on a white sandy beach while you laze on a sunbed. Dubai’s beach clubs, in particular, offer all that and more, combining Vegas vibes with Florida beach views.

A new family-friendly beach club called Peaches & Cream has joined Dubai’s endless list of beach clubs.

The retro-themed lounge, which opened on September 15, is located in Shoreline 1 Building on Palm Jumeirah.

The colourful and sleek toned-down interior deco and modern twist to Mondrian’s iconic cubic design sets the mood for your every Instagram capture.

Inspired by 1980s’ Miami, Peaches & Cream features a 3,000 square foot beach, large swimming pool and soft candy-coloured sunbeds. A large outdoor bar takes centre stage, with boho swings for guests to sit and enjoy a refreshing cocktail.

Guests can also enjoy mouth-watering Mediterranean cuisine serving fresh seafood, meat and vegan dishes, paellas and pizzas overlooking the shoreline of the Palm.

The retro-themed area of the restaurant features deep-seated suede sofas, cafe-like cubes, and sleek finishings.

The venue is created by Limestone Lab team, who recently opened Social Distrikt at The Pointe.  Hassan and Hani, Limestone Lab’s founders said: “Peaches and Cream is one of the many visionary concepts in the pipeline for Limestone Lab.
