Ramadan Nights 2023 sale begins on April 5, discounts up to 75% on offer

Ramadan Nights 2023 will run from April 5 to 21 in Sharjah, featuring over 10,000 products from prominent brands and retailers

Expo Centre Sharjah is all set to hold the 40th edition of ‘Ramadan Nights 2023’, a popular commercial and marketing event in Sharjah.

Organised by the Expo Centre and supported by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), Ramadan Nights 2023 will run from April 5 to 21.

The event will feature more than 10,000 products from key brands and retailers with discounts of up to 75 per cent on offer.

Ramadan Nights 2023, which is part of the 33rd Sharjah Ramadan Festival, is expected to draw a large annual visitor turnout this year, said the organisers.

Ramadan Nights 2023: Highlights

Visitors will have the chance to enjoy major discounts, attractive offers, and great prizes while participating in cultural and artistic programmes, entertainment activities, and sampling a selection of local, Arab, and international delicacies.

Spanning 17 days, Ramadan Nights 2023 is a family event, catering to visitors’ shopping needs throughout the Holy Month, leading up to the preparations for Eid Al Fitr celebrations.

Ramadan Nights 2023 features a dedicated area for games and fun activities suitable for various age groups, as well as the Heritage Village.

It features performances, traditional clothing, tools, handicrafts, incense, beverages, and popular Ramadan delicacies.

Abdullah Sultan Al Owais, chairman of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and chairman of Expo Centre Sharjah, stressed that ‘Ramadan Nights’ is one of the top activities of the Sharjah Ramadan Festival.

He said that Ramadan Nights 2023 carries both economic and social significance, offering a platform to bolster the retail sector while highlighting its social aspects through fostering social cohesion and supporting heritage activities and cultural exchange in a joyful and positive atmosphere.

Saif Mohammed Al Midfa, CEO of Expo Centre Sharjah, shared: “It brings us great joy to partake in the festivities of the holy month of Ramadan and Eid with visitors, showcasing an array of activities and alluring marketing offers.”

Al Midfa underscored that the exhibition will provide an extensive and inviting space for families and individuals to relish Ramadan evenings over the subsequent 17 days, all while “indulging in a distinctive shopping experience at unrivalled competitive prices”.

During the Holy Month, Ramadan Nights 2023 will be open to visitors daily from 5 pm to 1 am and from 3 pm to midnight during Eid Al Fitr.

In other news, Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) has curated ‘Ramadan in Dubai’ festivities for the community.

These activities will run from March 23 to April 21, to celebrate Ramadan.

The event offers iftars and suhoors, Ramadan markets, festive citywide lighting, and retail offers.

Dubai will host a variety of fitness and sports activities during the month of Ramadan to encourage physical activity and promote a healthy lifestyle. The Polo Masters Cup, a six-day event part of the globally-recognised Dubai Polo Gold Cup Series, will be held at Al Habtoor Polo Resort and Club from April 3-8, reported WAM.
