The first three outlets are all corner locations that will show the brand at its full potential. Our two stores in Dubai Design District and Mall of the Emirates are the two best stores in terms of revenue in the whole system, and we achieved that in the short time of five weeks since the opening. We have a major growth plan for the brand with plans to roll out a total of ten stores across the UAE in its first two years of operations and with the aim of opening 50 in the next 10 years in the UAE.” Besides, Joe & The Juice, Lavoya currently has three brands in its portfolio. Leading Lebanese street food Barbar and Los Angeles born fast-casual hit Dave’s Hot Chicken. Walid added, “With our brands, we aim to make Lavoya the franchise partner of choice for international brands. We aim to execute our brand to the best of our abilities. We will ensure that no expense is saved, especially in the beginning, until we establish the right experience for our clients. We will avoid the buzz term localisation of the menu early on. We will make sure we hire and maintain the best team possible and are not afraid to take risks. We are not afraid of failure. In the cases of if and when we do not succeed, we will take our learning and use it for the future success of the company.” Tags cafes Culinary Food lavoya group 0 Comments You might also like Introducing the snack bag of the future Operation Falafel adds two new outlets to its UAE portfolio Oreo Cafe opens at Doha’s Hamad International Airport Meals to make Eid Al Fitr truly festive
