The sum of transactions was 2,702, with 270 plots sold for Dhs2.25bn, and 1,903 apartments and villas sold for Dhs4.89bn. The top three transactions were for a property in Marsa Dubai that sold for Dhs623.07m; a piece of land that sold for Dhs77.23m in Al Thanyah Fifth and a plot in Marsa Dubai, which sold for Dhs623.07m. Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week with 133 sales transactions worth Dhs386.38m, followed by Jabal Ali First with 49 sales transactions worth Dhs228.15m, and Al Merkadh with 12 sales transactions worth Dhs125m in third place. The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment sold for Dhs119m in Island 2, the second in the list sold for Dhs115m in Island 2, and the third, an apartment, sold for Dhs75m in Island 2.
