The loans are worth Dhs3bn. The third housing package of 2022 coincided with the UAE’s 51st National Day celebrations and reflected the leadership’s commitment to ensuring social stability, enhancing living standards and enabling citizens to raise strong and stable families that will benefit the future of the UAE, according to the Abu Dhabi Media Office. The package will benefit 1,900 citizens in the emirate. According to a report published by the state news agency, WAM, Falah Mohammad Al Ahbabi, chairman of the Board of Directors of the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority said the package completes a series of housing packages launched in 2022. Dr Mohamed Rashed Al Hameli, director-general of the ADHA, said that the package includes the disbursement of housing loans, the distribution of houses, and exempting retired individuals and the families of deceased persons from paying loan installments, in line with the UAE’s 51st National Day celebrations.
